A tactic used at the world in 2000 in Bogard-Australia by the Dutch team

Break out / create space (most time used defensively)

Like you see when swimming a little bit backwards gives the possibility to flick/shoot it more forwards.

Please rember swimming 90% into the middle before you own gool can be dangerous.when losing the puck

1.turn towards the wall.
2.Make the turn compleet and swim away from the wall
3.See you own player swim to the wall
4.Flick/shoot the puck to that player to passes the oponent player.
